末世来临时，刘世被背叛杀害却意外重生。他与不忠妻子离婚准备物资，建立末日庇护所，并救出前世救命恩人蒋云舟，共同对抗恶势力，成立绿洲组织；救助普通人，拒绝接纳前妻和富商末世中刘世坚守正义，等待新希望。。第二次世界大战初期，德国法西斯发动了侵波战争，战火弥漫了整个波兰大地，人民生活在水深火热之中，西部地区先后被德军占领。波兰资产阶级政府派军队奋起反抗，但力不胜敌，寡不敌众，军队纷纷被迫宣告解散。当时有一名少校叫做道布然斯基不愿解散，决心抗争到底。他聚集了被解散的一个团的200多名骑兵，继续和德国法西斯英勇战斗。此时，他为了躲避风险，化名为“胡巴尔”，转战于波兰东南部凯尔采地区一带，同德军展开游击战……整部影片叙述的时间跨度从1939.9.23——1940.4.30胡巴尔牺牲为止。。“For two years starting in 2020, this work has been forming along the edges of disquiet and premonition, in fragments and intensities, through wandering and not-staying.
