賴布衣出身風水之家，自小耳濡目染，也愛上風水之學，無奈其父卻希望他將來得一官半職，乃銳意尋一「官穴」。賴父死後，布衣果然官運亨通……。泰瑞和鲍勃是新墨西哥两名无赖、腐败警察，靠勒索犯罪份子牟利。一次，欲通过雷吉谋取100万，不料黑道老大摩根黑吃黑卷走80万。泰瑞和鲍勃向摩根恐吓索求80万，又不料被摩根动用关系将二人踢出警局。接着，泰瑞、鲍勃杀向摩根老巢，一场西部牛仔式的枪战上演……。“Praise be to the cinema: the law is not said, it is seen and heard.
