嘉博文化2017新剧发布会在北京举行，现场宣布根据同名小说改编的电视剧版《夏有乔木雅望天堂》计划开拍。据编剧李晶凌透露，区别于影版，剧版将丰富人物关系，相对完整拍摄三部小说的故事，较影版将有不同的结局走向。。该剧讲述了发生在大厨师石为天和球星徐小阳两家人之间错综复杂的生活矛盾、情感纠葛，而打工妹、小演员、酒吧老板、花店经理等形形色色的人物则穿插其间，为观众延续着这个讲不完的“幸福”故事。。Framing StoryDr Martin (Robert Powell) arrives at a secluded asylum "for the incurably insane" to be interviewed for a job by the wheelchair-using, authoritarian Dr Lionel Rutherford (Patrick Magee).
