承接上季，《他和她的喵店長2》繼續走訪不同社區，包括有「香港貓島」之稱的「大澳漁村」、被稱為「香港貓王國」的愛民邨、石硤尾邨、牛池灣村……搜羅當中的「人氣」貓店長，探索人貓共處的窩心故事，帶出社區的變遷。愛民邨竟有「神獸」？大澳的貓義工有甚麼難忘經歷？炎明熹不僅獻聲擔任旁白，更親自帶大家尋訪可愛貓店長，本身為攝影師的《聲夢2》學員江廷慧也會用她拍攝的照片、影像製作短片，呈現多位貓店長的生活百態……。围绕每对家庭，精剪嘉宾单线故事，记录亲子互动与陪伴的暖心花絮，呈现正片里没有说的悄悄话。。In ancient Japan, a good lord is killed and his throne is taken by the trecherous Yuki Daijo and his wizard friend Oroki-maru.
